Two hours into the second city budget hearing Tuesday night, a man from Pleasant Ridge took his two minutes to speak on behalf of the Cincinnati Police Department.
The hundreds of people in the crowd at the Duke Energy Convention Center were mostly there to ask Cincinnati City Council members to defund the police, a rallying cry for protesters across the country after George Floyd died in Minneapolis Police custody.
So the crowd, as Cincinnati City Councilman David Mann describes what happened, drowned the voice of the speaker out completely.
"Then I said. 'Look folks, part of what we’re doing here is listening to each other.' I was shouted down."
People seemed to only want to hear what they agreed with, Mann said.
"The whole place was in an uproar," he said in a post hearing interview with The Enquirer.
Mann has announced he is running for mayor in 2021. It's widely expected at the moment that he'll face at least, P.G. Sittenfeld, who is running, though not announced.

Cincinnati needs to bring Springer back as mayor to lend some order and sanity to their council meetings.

As usual, the Idiot Left are booing the guy shouting him down before they even have a chance to hear what he has to say. You cannot have intelligent discourse with moron thugs.

Yep, absolutely.
These people have no intention of compromising , or listening to opposing views. They have got to be stopped on a nationwide basis, or this country will fall into complete chaos.

They can't be stopped, that would be too non-PC. So they will be left to mob our society with sweeping fascism and censorship until things are so fucked up, the final revolt happens.
