As the article points the most recent studies indicate a minimum wage increase would neither create or destroy jobs so it seems both parties are full of it on this one.

It would destroy jobs. The jobs at the lowest end of the totem pole but it will increase the number of people making a decent wage which will result in a reduction in the welfare roles since most of the people on welfare are the working poor

Obama has proven that lying to the voters has no consequences. whatsoever....Say ANYTHING to win. Then do whatever the fuck you want....

I will end the Bush tax cuts
I will end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan

He didn't pass a healthcare plan. He bribbed other politicians and BROKE THE RULES to do it.
