Morgan recounted the brutal fact that 127 border patrol agents have died while defending the border.
“They didn’t die playing Monopoly. They died defending, being the front line defenders of our borders,” Morgan said. “I wonder if they asked their families if this is a manufactured crisis.”
Morgan commended Trump for taking the time to visit the border and speak with agents on the ground, unlike many others.
“The president is talking to the leadership of the CBP and the border patrol and the rank and file. And those are the experts,” Morgan explained. “They’re saying the wall works. It doesn’t work everywhere and it isn’t the end-all and be-all, but it works.”
