Anything that costs the taxpayer is a net loss to the economy.

Biden's plan is to cram as many migrans into the country as he can. Then they would be dependent on him (or another Democrat) to be able to live her without being deported.

Problem for Biden is th southern states that he flew migrants into have rebelled and sent the migrants north to blue cities (New York, Chicago, Denver etc) , causing huge problems for those cities.

For every 1 vote Biden is gaining from his illegal migrants, he could be losing 10 from Democrats unhappy with his immigration fiasco.

You might want to read Starship Troopers sometime. Service wasn't just the military and the reason for tying service to citizenship was the belief that people who have sacrificed for society would value their vote more. The only advantages of citizenship were the ability to vote and hold certain public offices. Many people scorned service like Rico's father did.

The whole purpose of the Foreign Legion was to provide expendable troops to use in situations where valuable French Citizens couldn't be risked. The FFL wasn't part of France's military, it was a completely separate organization officered by rejects form the French Military.
