Biden's plan is to cram as many migrans into the country as he can. Then they would be dependent on him (or another Democrat) to be able to live her without being deported.

Problem for Biden is th southern states that he flew migrants into have rebelled and sent the migrants north to blue cities (New York, Chicago, Denver etc) , causing huge problems for those cities.

For every 1 vote Biden is gaining from his illegal migrants, he could be losing 10 from Democrats unhappy with his immigration fiasco.

It has been done since the inception of this country. Hessians, French, indeed, I served with an Israeli national during Vietnam in the USMC. That was his way of gaining US citizenship.
