Most of these web sites - including USMB - have terms of service you have to agree to in order to use their services.

Now, if these websites threw people off for being black or gay, then you'd have a point. They are violating the law. But if someone gets on there and says something that violates terms of service, they have every right to ban them.

In this case, Gab, which most of us never heard of, doesn't own it's own software or equipment, they are using someone elses... namely Microsoft's. MS has deep pockets, the few losers living in their mother's basements who use it don't. They have every reason to keep their forum clean.
