‘First They Came for Alex Jones’: Ted Cruz’s Crusade Against Facebook Reaches New Extreme

And now they try coming after GAB!! It won't be just google leftist goon squads.
NOT many may know who or what GAB is but it is twitter like site that is trying to become the next twitter without being leftist assholes banning someone for everything and anything they say.

Just like on here the Losers on the left try getting people who DONT' ACT/think like IDIOTS AS THEY DO BANNED, and as one TWAT on here mentioned in writing " THEY START THINGS" to get people kicked off she knows who the fk she is too.

Some can’t comprehend the meaning of PRIVATE COMPANIES.

If you were talking about the government, you would have a point.

The posts in question were from Patrick Little, a self-described Neo-Nazi who attempted to run as a Republican for the California Senate, but was disavowed by that party for his hate speech.

Actually, I'm very much against censoring LIttle's speech. In my mind, he's the perfect kind of anti-Semite.

He's in the open, he's dumb as a bag of hammers, and he's nearly-universally reviled. Every time he opens his mouth (or types with his hands) he gives antisemitism yet another black eye.

He shouldn't be banned, he should be highlighted.

So a private company deny free speech in a forum where speech is the service rendered?

Then a diner can deny service based on race or sexuality?

Buh buh buh that's DIFFERENT... cuz uh um OBAMA AKBAR....

Denying someone services based on their race, religion, or sexuality is a violation of public accommodation laws. Such laws don't guarantee access to a private platform for offensive speech.

US Code 2000a "All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin"

When speech is the product, denying speech is every bit as much a denial of public accommodation. Facebook is every bit as obligated to public accommodation laws as a Woolworth lunch counter.

That's up to the SCOTUS to ultimately decide.

We cannot be a nation of double standards.

Either we have liberty, or public accommodation laws. But if we chose to have government decide who we do business with, then that applies to the left as well as the right.

See all you people flip flopping over this shit is kind of funny. We have lefties standing up for the rights of private business and Trumpsters demanding social justice. But I wonder, does it hurt? It seems like it would give you all headaches, or a make it hard to sleep or something?

Or maybe you just don't even notice. Hmmmm

Who knew Alex Jones was a socialist?

Whatever Alex Jones is, does he have the right to sit at the "whites only" counter or not?

{...Then you will see the rise of the double standard—the men who live by force, yet count on those who live by trade to create the value of their looted money—the men who are the hitchhikers of virtue. In a moral society, these are the criminals, and the statutes are written to protect you against them. But when a society establishes criminals-by-right and looters-by-law—men who use force to seize the wealth of disarmed victims—then money becomes its creators’ avenger. Such looters believe it safe to rob defenseless men, once they’ve passed a law to disarm them. But their loot becomes the magnet for other looters, who get it from them as they got it. Then the race goes, not to the ablest at production, but to those most ruthless at brutality. When force is the standard, the murderer wins over the pickpocket. And then that society vanishes, in a spread of ruins and slaughter.} - Ayn Rand

Your promotion of the double standard is deplorable.

Liberty for some, for the favored.

We have leftists seeking to crush civil rights, and you gleefully cheering them on.

You wouldn't know a civil right if you lost it.

Not.

Neither does anyone else. It's made-up, social-engineering horseshit. No one has a right to eat at a given restaurant. There's no such thing as a right to make someone bake you a cake and there's no such thing as a right to make someone publish your thoughts.

Of course not.

However, you are fine with your allies of the radical Stalinist left enforcing bullshit "public accommodation laws" against normals, but demand that the left must be exempt for the rules they impose on others,

Equal protection under the law is a concept you just can't seem to wrap your head around.

You know better. Go read my posts. Ask my "allies" how much I agree with them on PA laws. You've been up Trump's ass too long. It's distorting your thoughts.

Quite the opposite.

You lost your mind when Trump beat your beloved Hillary. You jettisoned any and all dedication to liberty due to the seething hatred that consumes you.

You don't give a damn about liberty.

Fact.
