Michael Cohen's lawyer may be a worse lawyer than he is!

Not only did she and her attorney sign, she issued a statement denying any affair, and a legal transaction involving her accepting $130,000 occurred. And if her complaint is Trump using an "alias", then the person "Stormy Daniels" is throwing stones from a big glass house.

This is basically a slam dunk case in favor of Cohen.

This is hilarious. By admitting the NDA is real, they have basically admitted that Trump had an affair with her.
Bzzt wrong. An NDA is an agreement to keep a person from disclosing, it is not an admission. For example, many pop and movie stars who throw wild parties, make their guests sign NDA's with stiff penalties. Now does that mean that something illegal or wrong happened? No.
That's pretty kinky, but also Trump having an affair with somebody is not illegal.
Most people assume that signing an NDA means "something must have happened", it doesn't.

Should you have your nanny sign a confidentiality agreement?
Your first link doesn't apply in this situation, it's about trade secrets and patents. No one is going to make money infringing copyrights by stealing sexual positions from Trump and claiming Trump didn't perform them.

The other links make more sense, but the problem here is that Trump as POTUS is no longer a simple celebrity. The legality of using this for a presidential campaign is what is called into question.

An NDA is an NDA, it can be used for business or for personal reasons. She and her attorney agreed to the terms of the NDA, she issued a statement of denial, and she received monetary compensation. She now mistakenly believes she can violate the NDA because she thinks she stands to make more money.
