This is just more proof of how much of a weak traitor Pence was -- he had the power to declare Trump the winner of the election and he caved....even when Patriots bravely stormed the Capitol to remind Pence of his patriotic duty; Pence instead went against America and the Constitution and sided with the Communist Democrats and China...As much as we want to pretend who someone picks as their VP nominee is not a big deal; this proves it is a huge deal...when Trump runs again in 2024; it is imperative he chooses a loyal VP candidate who will do what they are told....Hopefully he will pick Candace Owen or Larry Elder or some other appropriate darkie to counter act Biden's VP.

I believe Democrats skewed the votes in swing states, but I don't see where the Constitution gives the VP full authority to overthrow election results and declare the winner.

Do you not see that word "false" in there? I mean we can argue till the cows come home about fraud, vote by mail, and half a dozen other claims. But you can't argue that states used alternate electors. So the very basis of this plan, formulated by another big glaring clue as to just how warped this "plan" was, John Yoo, starts with a LIE. I mean I have to quote Joseph Welch here, "Have you no decency sir". If anything, this "plan" clearly demonstrates that Republicans will lie, cheat, and steal in order to remain in power. Does anyone here want to claim that is "the American way"? Is that what our founders did? Is that the legacy we want to leave to our children?

Look, I always felt Mike Pence was a dumbass. He was raised right, but the pursuit of power forced him to compromise the fundamental ethics in which he was raised. Maybe it started when he was in college. Then he dropped his affiliation as a Roman Catholic and became an evangelical. Talk about out of the frying pan and in to the fire. But he soon adopted that "lie, cheat, and steal" philosophy. Only by the grace of God did Trump's wish that he unilaterally overthrow the election become a bridge to far.
