    It will be cheaper for me to pay the fine then provide insurance to employees.

    A senator from Oregon thought contractors of 5 or more employees should be treated as if they were the size of Boeings.

    THIS is just ONE example of what a bullshit, watered down, do next to nothing piece of legislation ultimately made it's way out of Congress. Our government is completely ineffective.
