I was watching this on Sky News... They were interviewing one of the 'students'.... who, under pressure from the presenter who was asking about which University, etc. she came from... eventually confessed that she is, in fact, a PAID activist.

Paid? Activist? Who the fuck is paying people to riot in London?

the best was an interveiw I saw on CNN of a french rioter, the kind was 19, he was rioting because he was worried about his pension.....wtf? Hes NINETEEN for god sakes...

I am far more interested in why there are paid activists rioting with students in London. English students are usually very vocal but very peaceful about protesting. Even the Students Union is horrified by what happened. This was a deliberate tactic... nothing spontaneous about it.
