There's got to be a real Christian Theocracy in which these nut bags could go and live happy lives.

Extremists Muslims are not that different that our extremist Christian, just change a few names and you basically have the same religion -- they are the only two of the major five religions that believe in a hell. It's part of their marketing plan,"join us or burn."
Just like black is the absence of color, Hell is the absence of God, IMO, and it exists here on earth, in the hateful evangelical churches and mosques.
A theocracy, because it is closed off to people wanting a personal relationship with a higher power as they understand it, would be hell for those enlightened enough to know that no religion has all the answers.
