here a clue. don't move to any of those states. or leave the country to a utopia that doesn't have guns.

and somehow I find that hard to believe.
1. Chicago
2.Baltimore
3.Detroit
etc. Not that Louisiana isn't in there but

what is the desert news? edit. it's out of Salt Lake city, Utah

Still supping your news from the Fox teat, eh?

24/7 Wall St's list of high gun violence states is only slightly different (time:dunno:method) than the article from Deseret (btw, that's Deseret) News but-----but the conclusion is the same, confederate states and so-called red states are considerably more violent with their guns than so-called blue states - you do know what a state is, don't you? - oh!

Alabama does not share a border with Mexico. In fact, illegal border jumpers would have to travel Texas and Louisiana before they can enter Alabama.

In fact, violence should be higher in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico (plus states immediately next to them) than Alabama if we use your logic.

And once across the border, illegal immigrants can't figure out how to cross into a nearby state.

As if.

Violence in Texas is through the roof as well:

PJ Media obtained a never-before-released copy of a Texas DPS report on human smuggling containing the numbers of crimes committed by aliens in Texas. According to the analysis conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety, foreign aliens committed 611,234 unique crimes in Texas from 2008 to 2014, including thousands of homicides and sexual assaults.

The report describes an alien crime wave of staggering proportions exacerbated by federal officials unwilling to enforce immigration laws.

The Texas DPS report says well over 100,000 individual criminal aliens have been booked into Texas jails:

From October 2008 to April 2014, Texas identified a total 177,588 unique criminal alien defendants booked into Texas county jails. These individuals have been identified through the Secure Communities initiative, in which Texas has participated since October 2008.

There are almost certainly more criminal aliens who haven’t been identified as aliens. The 177,588 criminal aliens identified by Texas through the Secure Communities initiative only can tag criminal aliens who had already been fingerprinted. Arrests of illegal aliens who have not been fingerprinted prior to arrest are not included in these arrests numbers derived from the Secure Communities initiative...

It would be enough if it was the only dumb thing you said in your earlier post but...
*There are fewer immigrants illegally crossing the border.
*Border cities are safer than ummm, Dallas, ummm Houston, ummm San Antonio, and ummm...
*Sanctuary cities are safer.

Fewer immigrants are entering the U.S. illegally, and that’s changed the border security debate
As the Department of Homeland Security continues to pour money into border security, evidence is emerging that illegal immigration flows have fallen to their lowest level in at least two decades. The nation’s population of illegal immigrants, which more than tripled, to 12.2 million, between 1990 and 2007, has dropped by about 1 million, according to demographers at the Pew Research Center.

IOW's Republicans being scared out of their wits about what Republican News is feeding them is fact less and baseless.
