No, bigot, that's not how it works in this country. You're not allowed to refuse service to a person because you don't approve of their sexual orientation.A person should be free to associate or not associate with any person or group that they want. Homo's it seems simply want to force the acceptance of their abominable lifestyle on everyone around them.
You should be able to in a free society. BTW, you are just as bigoted as you allege me to be.
You haven't been able to discriminate against certain groups since 1964. It's not suddenly tyranny when gays are ADDED to these existing laws.
I can discriminate against anyone I wish and I have been since 1961.
42 U.S. Code § 2000a - Prohibition against discrimination or segregation in places of public accommodation
All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin.
Many LOCAL (state's rights, folks) ordinances also protect gays.
That which is passed into law is not always right.
