Liberals are less tolerant of the views of others.

Cool.......... You are in South Calif???

I am up in Nor Cal, south of SactO...........

Yeah, Yorba Linda, it sort of by Anaheim.

I spent part of my childhood in Placerville and Folsom.

So, were you at Folsom in 1968 when Johnny Cash was there? What did you think of the concert? ;)

If I am not mistaken, I may still have the live album from that performance... well, it belonged to my parents and I think I inherited it when I moved out. I have to go check.

LOL

When I was young, Folsom was out in the country - now it's city all the way into Sacramento. Placerville still has charm, though.

Conservatives view women who use birth control as sluts.
If you have to lie to make your point, your point isn't worth making.

But you don't agree with that. In service of your ideology, everything is permissible.

What do I gain by being tolerant of that view?
Dunno. What do you gain from telling lies about conservatives?

Oh, yeah -- a false sense of superiority.

Lemme know how that works out for you.
Carby? Did you ever respond to this post?

I'm just gonna go ahead and assume you haven't.

Hilarious. Liberals are:

black
brown
white
gays
rich
poor
educated
uneducated
atheist
religious and so on

Conservatives are 90% white and think education is for snobs, yet, it's the liberals who are intolerant. But it's the conservatives who are at war with all those groups. Go figure.

It's not what they are..Rather it is what they do. We do not look at people in groups. We support the individual. You people herd people into groups and pit them against one another. Divide and conquer.
Your side has spent 50 years pulling the wool over the eyes of non -libs in an attempt to mask who and what you are and what the liberal ideology stands for.
We are longer fooled. We no longer pay attention to what you say. We observe what you DO. your side is being judged on it's actions.
Remember, you're talking to Derp. He has the attention span of a gnat.

If Obama says green is blue one day, Derp dutifully repeats it as fact. The next day, when Obama says green is purple, Derp dutifully repeats it as fact.

Dave .. you are such an idiot. The Southern Democrats of the 19th and early 20th century in no way represent the current democratic party.

Right! The party of Wilson and FDR were collectivist authoritarians - whereas you modern leftists are collectivist authoritarians.

Completely different!

Wilson was also a racist. He resegregated the military. He also endorse mass sterilization for blacks.

Wilson was one of the most despicable presidents we ever had.

FDR sent people of Japenese ancestry off to concentration camps.

These Dems are the salt of the Earth, aren't they?

Socialist Elites have a very dim view of the individual and view them all as the dumbmasses.

The proles need someone to do their thinking for them.

As was pointed out to me before, do you not see the irony of claiming that you "don't look at people in groups", then make blanket statements about the left?

Studies have revealed that liberals are far less tolerant than conservatives when it comes to other peoples' opinions According to an article written by Thomas Lifson on March 13, 2012:

“The new research found that instead of engaging in civil discourse or debate, fully 16% of liberals admitted to blocking, unfriending or overtly hiding someone on a social networking site because that person expressed views they disagreed with. That's double the percentage of conservatives and more than twice the percentage of political moderates who behaved like that.”

Lifson also observed that liberals were more prone to change the subject or to become angry when someone disagrees with them:

“When the realization hits that a cherished belief might be wrong, negative emotions will rush in, and the conversation will be terminated by tears, a change of subject to another emotional topic (this is frequent with family members), or an angry outburst.”

NO irony. Again, you are held accountable by what you do.
As opposed to racial or cultural demographics, liberalism is an ideology. A choice. The fact that one IS a liberal, presupposes the fact that once one has established they are liberal will tend to do things liberals do.
Nice try. A Hispanic guy cannot un-Hispanic himself. One who is a liberal, CHOOSES to live by that ideology. A liberal can change their political leanings at any time.
Your post and point is moot. Apples to oranges.

I lived on the lake in the summer. We had a 19' ski boat and at that time it wasn't a crowded lake, except holiday weekends.

Very nice area, enjoy the property.

Thnx.............. I have not been @ the lake in a few years......... When I whitewater to south fork of the American we get out @ Salmon falls, which is tech the lake.........

The property is split by the north fork of the Consumnes River, pretty small, but runs year round, even in drought years............

Have you considered the possibility that

a) conservatives have less friends on SNS sites, and by that fact alone will be less likely to have blocked a friend for any reason

or

b) considering this study was done by getting people to fill out surveys and trusting them to tell the truth - perhaps conservatives just LIE more often about what they have done and haven't done on SNS sites?

Or that there can be no civil discourse with imbeciles?

So, you're going to hold your breath until you turn blue?

Have you considered that the average leftist has the emotional maturity and stability of an 11 year girl on the verge of her first menses?
