The Virginia man who pleaded guilty to an act of armed terrorism and assault with intent to kill in last year's shooting attack at the conservative Family Research Council said he got the idea from the liberal-leaning Southern Poverty Law Center's "hate map."

In FBI interrogation footage posted online Wednesday by the Family Research Council, Floyd Corkins II was asked how he found the organization.

"Southern Poverty Law lists, uh, anti-gay groups," Corkins answered. "I found them online -- did a little research, went to the website, stuff like that."

good job SPL...are they encouraging left wing nutters to kill people?

Don't forget, they also admitted they don't track Liberal groups unless they can pair it with a so-called "right-wing" group.

the silence of the libs

had this guy been conservative, this thread would be over 1000 posts by now and the war cry to ban conservative talks shows etc....would be heard 'round the nation

Wow, so do they have little targets on their maps of these hate groups?

see..another liberal spouting hate and frothing at the mouth

you have zero tolerance for view points that don't fit your world view. very sad.

This thread is funny, yet sad.
With all the hate generated every single day on USMB in large numbers by posters from both sides of the aisle, it's hard to imagine anyone would have the balls to point at the other side and scream "they are haters"!:wtf:
