It gets worse. In Seattle they went to 15 dollars an hour. My family lives there and rents JUMPED. Their NOT getting the money.
And their taxes are going up on simple things like car tags and inspections.

Because the value of money is attached to the costs of producing goods.
Everything eventually goes up and the min wagers end up exactly where they were because the value of their work is not increasing. In many ways it is DECREASING.

He describes how neighboring cities have lower minimum wages:

My minimum wage is going to be $15, but travel just a few minutes south to Daly City and it is only $11; even Marin to our north, which is historically filled with “rich people”, only maxes at $13. Within an half-hour drive, it is only $9.

So your competition has clear advantages, too bad. You'll have to cut hours and/or positions, look for ways to decrease hard costs like utilities. Hey, wear a sweater. The quality of your customer service will probably suffer a bit with fewer people working at any given time.
