Are the documents that had to be filed within 15 days out there? They would have been due end of October.

Well, I can't find anything but opinion bits on this situation out there. Other than apparently CBS doesn't buy that he commissioned a painting for a charity auction and that was this week. Everything else on it is that the Trump Foundation claims that they sent the donation to the wrong place, it was meant not for the political candidate but a charity with a similar name. (The opinion of the journalist being that he was buying favors from said political person though no evidence of that is even talked about) Second bit was funds used to pay for legal costs related to the charity itself, but I'm guessing that must have been proven to be the case because I don't find anything on it past the initial claim of wrong doing by the journalists. (not even from the opinion barkers)

Not quite ready to say he's done anything /wrong/ other than step afoul of possibly donating to a political candidate from a donation pool. I'm thinking its a slap on the wrist pay a fine thing to 'accidentally donate' money, but maybe there's something bigger there given how convoluted and messed up regulations are about this stuff.

Either way I'm not seeing it as on par with any of Clinton's current legal woes. Let me know if it gets /that/ serious though I haven't voted yet.

1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.

2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.

3. Agents have found emails believed to have originated on Hillary Clinton's secret server on Anthony Weiner's laptop. They say the emails are not duplicates and could potentially be classified in nature.
