I am still amazed with The Last Waltz. Only seen it 50 times - read Levon Helm's book... every time I see this movie/read the corresponding chapter in the book, I discover something new about what this film was all about.
Here's Joni Mitchell - they (The Band) rehearsed this song TWICE before this was filmed.... and they nailed it on the third time.
The Band - AMAZING fucking band....
