A federal judge has found Kansas’s chief elections official, Kris Kobach — a Republican who helped lead the much-criticized commission set up by President Trump to investigate supposed voter fraud — in contempt of court in a sharply worded ruling that said Kobach acted “disingenuously,” and ordered him to pay damages for the opposing team’s attorney fees.

only the best people, part infinity.

other than mattis and one or two others, has trump appointed anyone who isn't a psycho or a crook?

Trump is going to open a pardon hotline.

It's the Keystone Cops except if they were evil pieces of shit.

Nice to see the ACLU admitting non-citizens are actually voting.

.

sad to see literacy isn't your metier.

Two of Kobach’s witnesses have said that since 2000 Kansas has identified 127 people who are believed to be noncitizens when they registered or attempted to register, the ACLU said. The ACLU said that only 11 are believed to have actually cast a ballot.

127 people in 18 years? And of that, 11 voted? Over 18 years?

I've always found it fascinating how the trumpanzees are losing their shit over what has been found to be a few illegal voters.....a dozen, maybe a few more.....and yet they have NO concern about these voters:

Sounds like we need a 10 or 50 million dollar investigation to find out!

Nope, just proof of citizenship when someone registers to vote, and ID to prove that is the person voting. It's really not that complicated.

11 are “believed “. Nothings been proven. But you’d rather eliminate 22,000 legit voters to stop 11 ?

Go back to my original statement, the ACLU admitted non-citizens are actually voting. Your playing semantics changes nothing.

No problem...as long as that is provided to voters freely...if they have to pay, it's a form of a poll tax.

gotta be what?

30, 40 million times?

is that what you *believe*?

Could be nation wide over nearly 20 years. Every time someone tries to find out you regressives run to court to stop them. Seems you have no interest in ballot integrity. I wonder why that is?
