And YOWZAH I read the pdf file on his conviction last night and the kiddie porn was sickening. I don't think I would be allowed to put up the link even though it's a court document.

Air Force and Navy aircraft are still flying hundreds of strike missions over Libya despite the Obama administration’s claim that American forces are playing only a limited support role in the NATO operation.

An Africa Command (AFRICOM) spokeswoman confirmed Wednesday that since NATO’s Operation Unified Protector (OUP) took over from the American-led Operation Odyssey Dawn on March 31, the U.S. military has flown hundreds of strike sorties. Previously, Washington had claimed that it was mostly providing intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and tanker support to NATO forces operating over Libya.

“U.S. aircraft continue to fly support [ISR and refueling] missions, as well as strike sorties under NATO tasking,” AFRICOM spokeswoman Nicole Dalrymple said in an emailed statement. “As of today, and since 31 March, the U.S. has flown a total of 3,475 sorties in support of OUP. Of those, 801 were strike sorties, 132 of which actually dropped ordnance.”​

Oh I don't need a theory there stark raving mad. I have simple obsevation. No lawyer speak (you do that very poorly I might add) needed. The USAF reports what they do all the time. There are many sources to get that info. My favorite is a Ian Allen publication called Combat Aircraft which deals with all aspects of military aviation. They have had in- depth reports on the Libyan conflict the last two months.

See? No need to warp your mind around some imaginary messiah, just read a little bit from the other side and open your mind. I know, it's hard to actually be truthful (you are after all a looney) but if you try real hard you may be able to save yourself. I doubt it though. Lefty looneyism is much like a drug addiction. Yeah, we have one of those uncles too. He served in Korea and knew a man who was shot down twice and twice escaped from North Korean POW camps by commandeering a train. He was awarded the MOH too. That story is as credible as the one you posted.

Why would my uncle lie about people he knows? People lie all the time to make themselves more important. I choose to believe what I believe based on MANY other people's recollections who were there and who actually did do things. Nothing about Kerry's record adds up. Did he serve? Yes. Was he in harms way? Yes. Did he "earn" the medals involve? Maybe. There are a lot of questions about that. Most of my contacts are in SF and they all categorically say that Kerry's war record has been massaged.

That's their opinion which I value far more than mine on this issue. They were there, I wasn't. They worked within the system and know how it was abused by officers wanting to pad their record to advance their careers.

My wife's uncle made the point that the Swiftboaters refuted Kerry's medals, but their medals were put through by the same officer who ok'd Kerry's medals. This tarnishes their commendations.
