Attendance in schools has never been as inclusive; education, on the other hand, is very exclusive. Unless a kid goes to a private school, he or she isn't getting an education.

First, it wouldn't be rounded to 3.25, it would be rounded to 3.10. Four is less than five so you round DOWN, not up.
