Trump is just going to have start ignoring these rulings.. It's not going to change. You want to know what is against the law? A federal judge attempting to usurp the authority of the Executive branch to allow immigrants who have been barred entry into the US to enter anyway. ONLY the Attorney General has that authority, by law the AG can push aside ANY laws and allow someone to enter the US, but ONLY the AG can. A federal judge can not.

The ruling is irrelevant. A federal judge does NOT have the authority to override the Executive branch and allow people who have been barred entry into the US to enter. Even the POTUS does not have that authority, by law the ONLY person who can over ride such a decision is the Attorney General of the US.

But once again, we already know that liberals don't care about the law.

Trump needs to flatly ignore this ruling.

AND Judge Sullivan ruled that the Executive Branch can NOT over rule the will of Congress and the Legislation and purpose Congress wrote, in to Law.

I don't give a damn what you found . These 12 aliens have been barred from legally entering the US, a judge has ZERO authority to over ride that. Now, if they sneak back into this country , then the Court doesn't care how they got here, that is per SCOTUS, but a judge can't grant them the authority to legally enter this country once they are barred by the federal government, ONLY the Attorney General has that legal authority.

WHY are some of you too stupid to understand that we can not allow branches of government to overstep simply because we like what they are wanting to do this time? Are you simply too stupid to foresee a point where a Judge may steal a power he doesn't have to do something you don't like?
