Can't be that high. But it's high. And the problem is just not coverage. HadleyCRUT does UrbanHeat adjustments -- but to DO THAT -- they require an adjacent urban rural pair with more than 50 years of continuous data. So guess how many of those pairs are available in Africa?? ZERO.. They need better coverage and they need some more ingenuity on the adjustments that we know they are attempting..
