OKA: HAWAIIN LAW, that the individual represented on the COLB was BORN IN HAWAII?

I just want the man to rise to the threshold required by the USC and PROVE THAT HE IS A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES...

And I am willing to accept AN ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE... Which just like EVERY OTHER BC IN THE US, provides the Time, Date, Location, Doctor and witness... of the Birth.

That's all this is about... And the ONLY REASON THAT IT'S AN ISSUE IS BECAUSE THE BROWN CLOWN REFUSES TO SIMPLY PRODUCE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
