It's a myth that we have a problem with police. It's a race-baiting problem.

It's simply a lie that police have been slaughtering black people across the country. It's a lie that people support that. Every field has it's rogue members. That's nothing new. But the Obama administration, the media and the race baiters have worked these past few years to put forth a myth that black people are targeted by whites and police. The fact is that police shoot more than twice as many white suspects each year. More blacks are killed by other blacks than anyone else, especially in gang areas. More whites are killed by police and blacks than any other.

Why does the left want to incite racial wars? If you understand their end game, you'd see that a divided country with people running scared is as important as destroying the fabric of society to pave the way for a tyrannical government. It makes it easier for goverrnment to usurp even more power over the people because it allows them to make more laws that chip away at our rights and freedom. Speech is under attack. Gun rights are under attack. Religious rights are under attack. We no longer have a right to privacy with the NSA watching our every move online and on the phone. Virtually every freedom is being taken hostage by a government intent on having it's way. They will tell us what we are allowed to say and do.

When people are divided and pitted against each other, it weakens us as a whole. That is where the adage, "Divide and Conquer", comes from. It's a time-tested means of destroying communities and causing people to mistrust each other. We are ripe for a hostile takeover of a tyrannical government. Almost there.

The violence we are seeing against cops and whites has been a bigger problem since Obama took office. The liberal media have been willing participants in the effort to create tension and divide people like never before. By ignoring the truth about the police shootings and encouraging groups to get even, the media and the Obama administration have their fingerprints all over the unrest in cities across the country.

They like to paint the cold-blooded killers as people fighting for a just cause. If the cause is a demand for less violence, why do they think more violence will bring about peace? The liberal writers of HuffPo claim that violence is necessary to get their message out. People must die before things can change. Fact is that good cops hate bad cops. It's far more disgusting when it's one of their own that they should be able to trust. There is no conspiracy or approval to target minorities. The cops are investigated after each and every shooting on the job. The departments don't want rogue cops. The system isn't perfect, but the angry groups aren't willing to give it a chance. Even when the shootings are justified, the anger is the same. It's a lose/lose situation when groups are so whipped into a frenzy that communication is impossible. It's all anger and threats. Rational thinking is out the window. Never mind that there isn't a problem with police and there is no need for senseless slaughter in the streets. Too many can't see past the false narratives and just want a pound of flesh.

The cop killers are not engaging in an uprising. There is no noble cause. They are murdering people because they've been manipulated by those who are inciting violence for their own gain. When one incident, which often proves to be justifed, gets 24 hour coverage that leaves out facts and the dozens of incidents every day get ignored because they chip away at the narrative, it's no wonder some think that blacks are under attack. There are countless false accusations of police brutality that add to the illusion that it's dangerous to be black in America. And the media doesn't correct the false accusations or show the countless dash cam videos that disprove so many of the fake claims. They highlight the rumors and the outright lies that feed the anger.

Some shameless liberals are claiming that violence is logical. They are thriving on all this violence because it makes it easier to push gun control and paint Americans as evil racists. It's the left that is evil for deliberately creating this mess through rhetoric.

"Huffington Post Urged Violent Protests, Other Outlets Explained Away

Five police officers were brutally murdered on Thursday night in Dallas during a Black Lives Matter protest. Though unrelated to this incident, it’s worth looking back at examples of media outlets urging violence or explaining it away. On June 6, 2016, The Huffington Post published a screed entitled, "Sorry Liberals, A Violent Response To Trump Is As Logical As Any."

In it, writer Jesse Benn chided fellow liberals, saying, "They ignore the history of successful violent insurrection in the US, instead favoring the elementary school version of history in which nonviolence is the only means of struggle that’s ever achieved a thing." Benn continued, "Whether you would personally engage in violent conduct matters little to your ability to understand where it comes from."

On June 3, Vox editor Emmett Rensin praised violence in San Jose, declaring, "Advice: If Trump comes to your town, start a riot." Rensin was later suspended by Vox editor-in-chief Ezra Klein.

On April 27, 2015, CNN analyst Mar Lamont Hill defended violent riots in Baltimore as "uprisings" against "police terrorism."

"No, there shouldn’t be calm tonight. Black people are dying in the streets. They’ve been dying in the streets for months, years, decades, centuries....I’m not calling these people rioters. I’m calling these uprisings, and I think it’s an important distinction to make. This is not a riot. There have been uprisings in major cities and smaller cities around this country for the last year because of the state violence that’s been waged against black female and male bodies forever....Part of what it means to say black lives matter, is to assert our right to have rage – righteous rage, and righteous indignation in the face of state violence and extrajudicial killing. Freddie Gray is dead. That’s why the city is burning and let’s make that clear. The city is not burning because of these protesters. The city is burning because the police killed Freddie Gray and that’s a distinction we have to make....We can’t pathologize people who, after decades and centuries of police terrorism, have decided to respond in this way."

Oh no, it ain't no myth. I've had more than my share of police harassment, and race was never a part of it.

It's not so much a race problem; as a testosterone problem. It may be both depending on the situation, but --- that's where it starts.

You arent very convincing for a couple of reasons. The main one being I have lived most of my childhood worried about being killed or harrassed by the feral cops that stalked my neighborhood.

Bo Dietl Says Obama Has ‘Divided’ the U.S.: ‘I’ve Never Seen Race Relations So Bad’

"Former NYPD detective Bo Dietl told Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Stephen K. Bannn that there is no leadership with President Barack Obama: "You have no leadership. This guy should be back on his plane. Get your butt back here to the United States. Your country. You’ll lose it–because he divided this country. I’ve never seen race relations so bad."

Dietl continued:

I go back to the sixties; that’s how it was. And he brought these race relations back so bad when he started up with his mouth with Ferguson before they knew what happened there. He had to open his mouth with the guy in Florida. All these shootings; he doesn’t even know what he’s talking about.

"This brings back memories," said Dietl, "And I was a cop." He added:

In the early seventies, we had the Black Liberation Army that killed one year, 13 cops and another year, 11 cops. This brings me to the frightfulness of those years when they were assassinating cops in New York. People forget we just had two hero New York City cops that were assassinated a year-and-a-half ago because of this Mayor Big Bird here in New York allowing people to shut the streets down. "What do we want? Dead Cops. When Do we want them? Now!" And they assassinated those cops.

Dietl also faulted President Obama for his statements on the recent police shootings before any formal investigation was completed. "You can’t have a statement come onboard and make statements like that," said Dietl. "This has to be investigated, and we have to find out exactly what happened."

"We’re dealing with the assassination of five police officers" regarding Thursday night’s shootings in Dallas, he went on.

"Right now, we’re grieving five hero police officers, who ran right into the line of fire," continued Dietl. "We have hundreds of thousands of cops across this country. We have tens of millions of incidents between police officers and people. People don’t realize in the last week there were over five shootings with cops also with white Americans, not just African Americans." Dietl made the points that when you look at the number of contacts between police and civilians, then look at the percentage of actual incidents like the two currently in the news, the perspective changes."

I'd blame a generation growing up on video games more than any one politician.

Really? Those video games are giving speeches all over the world and telling people America is racist and that cops have a big problem? Those video games are praising radical groups and saying that it will take violence and death to make things better? Those video games are calling for the murder of whites and cops? Those video games are causing groups to say it's too late for apologies or atonement and that killing is the only answer?

Maybe it's growing up around gangs who kill other blacks over things like turf wars or shooting a guy because he flirted with his girlfriend. Or drive-by shootings where children take the bullets. And it's all the way of life, passed down from one generation to the next and getting worse every year.

Video games don't strip a person of their humanity.

Millions of kids play video games across the country and never hurt anyone. The thing that most killers have in common is either mental illness, being born a sociopath or being taught hate by their families.

Most blacks are killed by other blacks, but the left isn't concerned about that. They only care if a random cop is accused of an unjustified shooting. And they make one single killing bigger news that dozens of murders in a single city over a weekend. Many people think cops are a problem because that is what the media talks about and that is what politicians are ranting about. When was the last time you heard a Democrat stand there and say that we have a problem in the inner cities with minorities killing each other? Or being upset about Hispanic gangs and black gangs killing each other? You don't because they don't want to admit that it's a problem. They focus on the few incidents and pretend it's widespread.

I actually have occasion to go outside though. Maybe you have an agoraphobia problem.
You don't get an occasion to "treat anybody with respect" ----- when they've already fucked with you first. Here's an idea: they could simply leave people the fuck alone when no issue exists.

The main problem with police. This guy should never be a cop anywhere. But his fellow cops know this is how he acts and they say nothing. The good 'ol boy system. The cop was negligent in HIS job by not clearing each person for a weapon, yet he wants to place blame on, and take out his ridiculous hostility on this person who is doing nothing wrong.

Fraidy cat. Go hide under the bed and suck your thumb.

I don't feel like addressing your whole post. TL;DR, and it's late.

Using the latest census (2010)

Whites in the US (est. 2010): ~223 million
Blacks in the US (est. 2010): ~39 million
Population ratio: About 5.7 whites to every 1 black individual
So if blacks and whites are getting shot at equal rates, then it would be a similar ratio for rates of the shootings themselves.

Using the Washington Post database (found here: Investigation: People shot and killed by police this year)
Whites shot by police (2015): 494
Blacks shot by police (2015): 258
Shooting ratio: About 1.9 Whites getting shot for every black individual
Conclusion: Blacks are shot at about 3 times the rate that would be expected if race had no correlation to the shootings.

Other "fun" conclusions with the database
Of unarmed individuals, blacks are shot 6.76 times as often as expected if race wasn't a factor (38 Blacks vs. 32 Whites)
For 18-29 year olds, blacks are shot 5.89 times as often as expected if race wasn't a factor (124 Blacks vs 120 Whites)
Over a quarter of those killed by the police in 2015 were mentally ill
The police killed almost 3 people a month who were "armed" with toy weapons

That's one theory. There are lies deceit and slander on all fronts to pave the way for tyrannical control by the government. I assume you would be against such a tyranny, yes? How would a tyrannical government deal with those it doesn't approve of? Likely through oppressive means, such as imprisonment and murder. These would especially target the undesirables to force them to stay in line or suffer and die. It sure would suck to live under that kind of regime, wouldn't it?

Then there's the fact that about 3.65 times as many blacks are in prison than the population ratio should indicate. (BOP Statistics: Inmate Race)
Blacks are much more likely to receive the death penalty (Race of Death Row Inmates Executed Since 1976 | Death Penalty Information Center).
Not to mention that numerous sources have also painted voter suppression attempts as racially motivated (Guess which race?)

That tyrannical hellhole you don't want to live in? Take a guess who's a lot closer to it then you.

Ironic thoughts from a poster who openly advocates that pot smokers should be shot in the face.

— CNN’s Marc Lamont Hill on CNN Tonight, April 27."
