My team will never be the Patriots, Steelers, Rams, Chiefs or Saints...never. Other teams work hard to get to that level, even the lowly Browns are working to get to that level but not my team, my favorite team.

Why am I a fan? Pretty much I was born in it. My father, brothers, uncles and cousins were/are fans and I too am a fan.

It pains me to say it, but my team will never aspire to be great...ever.

My team is also "Snake Bit" or cursed as well.
1. Greg Cook
2. Picking "Tiger" Johnson over Bill Walsh
3. Stan Wilson getting "Coked" up the night before the Super Bowl
4. Ken Anderson injured
5. Tim Krumrei breaks ankle in second Super Bowl, rules changed for Super Bowl
6. Owners son takes over...bad, bad, bad, bad
7. David Klingler...enough said
8. Akili Smith...enough said
9. The 90's
10. Carson Palmer blows out his knee in playoff game
11. Carson Palmers elbow
12. Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco...enough said
13. Andy Dalton breaks thumb
14. Marvin Lewis

15. Which goes between number 6 and number 7. Ki'Jana Carter blows his knee out in preseason game his rookie season...career over.

I mean, how unlucky can a team be?

The one constant since my teams last playoff win in 1991 is the owner. This guy just needs to die or retire already.

Oh well, I'm still a fan and always will be.

As a Vikings fan, I feel your pain. Just when things look great you just know that kick to the balls is coming.

Don't be so hard on yourself. No team will ever be the Steelers. :itsok:

The Steelers get the refs because Goodell is a fan, lol.
That's the likely explanation for the Steelers win over the Seachix in SB XL. I thought the Seachix got jobbed in that one. From what I remember the Steelers earned their other SB wins though.

Mike Zimmer is a great coach though and will make the Vikings a playoff contender every year.
