How are Israeli Prisoners or even Palestinian Prisoners, treated by Palestinians? Not being a smart ass, just asking a question. Look, it's a War. Stop whining. You want War? Well, then you have to accept all its ugliness. Maybe it's time for Peace? Just a thought anyway.
It is not a war. Israel occupies East Jerusalem and the West Bank and Gaza and have occupied these lands since 1967. We have a holding by a The International Court of Justice in 2004 confirming this is an Occupation under The Fourth Geneva Convention. Palestinians have sovereignty rights in the lands. Israel occupies lands in Palestine and has moved over 500000 of her residents onto occupied lands in violation of intl law. They have built illegal settlements on lands stolen from Palestinians. Over 6 million Palestinians in the a occupiedTTerritories and Israel are discriminated against and treated with unequal rights. international legal authorities call the Israeli Regime an Ap as Rte I'd Regime with respect to their treatment of the indigenous Palestinian people in Palestine.
OVER 5000 Palestinians are held as political prisoners, convicted mostly by military courts, denied basic legal rights under intl law at every step of the legal proceeding. Most are held unlawfully in prisons in Israel, these detentions are unlawful because under the fourth Geneva Convention an occupied population cannot be imprisoned outside of the occupied territories.
Palestinians hold no Israelis as prisoners.
It's a War. But again i'll ask, how are Israeli Prisoners and even Palestinian Prisoners treated by Palestinians?
Palestinians hold no Israelis prisoner.
