You have to realize that probsbly 60-65% of those who voted for him did so not because of his policies or promises but because he wasn't an establishment Republican or Democrat. The 40% or so who did vote for his policies are the ones now strongly disapproving of him, as he has not yet been able to Repeal (not replace) the ACA, lower taxes, close the border, etc...
