Is this the "smoking gun"? Letter from Cohen stating Trump did not reimburse him for Stormy Daniels payment

Fuckin moron, no one pleads guilty to a non-crime. Especially a lawyer who knows the law. Even for a fucking moron like you, that's an exceptionally stupid thing to claim.
Sure they do, especially when the prosecutor is trying to score political points.

On top of which, had it not been an actual crime, the judge would have rejected his guilty plea on that charge.
There is a crime of illegal campaign contribution, but Cohen didn't commit it. The courts have already ruled that personal expenditures do not automatically become campaign contributions. We went over this and over it at the time Cohen submitted his plea deal.

No he didn't, moron. That charge wasn't proven or even argued in court.

Fucking moron, the court accepted it. A man went to jail for it. That makes it legally accepted a crime was committed. You too can cry, nuh-uh, until you're blue in the face, it won't affect reality.

What is "the court accepted it" supposed to mean? It still doesn't prove the payment was an illegal campaign donation.

Not everything some scummy prosecutor puts in a plea deal instantly becomes a fact the minute a judge accepts it

Because Cohen made the payment, fucking moron. $130,000 is in excess of how much an individual is allowed to contribute to a candidate's campaign.

How the fuck do you not know that?
It matters not one iota what you are offering as significant

It means the court recognized a crime was committed. If you plead guilty to a non-crime (something nobody does) through court will reject the guilty plea. Likely throw the charge out altogether. Courts don't put people in jail for committing a non-crime.

Are you ever not a fucking moron?

Ever?

But….but…but…he paid it so…so….so…
Talking to a 7 year old mentality is not discussion on a “discussion board”

LOzl

He didn't just pay it, retard. He also went to jail for paying it.

The court issued no declaration that Trump committed an illegal act by directing to pay her with Trump funds.

How sad you lack the comprehension skill to follow a conversation.

Oh well, sucks to be you.

He didn't, he went to jail for the multiple and various crimes that he committed.
He made a deal to plead guilty to actions that had not been designated a crime as part of the PACKAGE in exchange for valuable consideration at sentencing.

Nope.

It didn't in this case.

They didn't put him in jail for that. They put him in jail for the other crimes listed in his plea.

Are you ever not a fucking moron?

Ever?
You shouldn't be talking about who is a moron, moron.
