The legislation passed and signed was done so as legislation has always been done. If that makes Obama a tyrant then all presidents have been tyrants.

As usual, you are distorting REALITY......in each the circumstances were light years apart in TYPE of legislation and the MAGNITUDE of it's effect on the Nation.

Just as it's different if something is inconsequential and is passed to save time.....and or convenient in order to proceed to more serious matters etc. IOW, if it's something like raising taxes 1/2 a % instead of 20%.

Another example: If it's something unimportant like a rider that affects 1/50 of the bill.....BUT NOT WHAT IS 49/50th of the bill.
