I can recount a personal experience from round about 2007 when I worked a temp job as a bilingual interviewer at a Perdue chicken processing plant in Delaware. The factory complex had a clinic attached to it where migrant employees from Central America could and did receive complete healthcare needs, up to and including delivery of their children on company premises. The story of that town has become the story of America, coast to coast. See, that Delaware town had been a resort and a retirement community for over a century until Perdue constructed a plant and began to staff its production operations with immigrants from Central America. Last I visited there around 2009, the place had been conquered and was no longer for the generational people who first built it.

A kid that works for me had his appendix burst while in Mexico two summers ago...they delayed treatment and tried to figure out a way to get him back to the US as they did not want to render aid...they made him sign a document promising to pay before they would do anything...after his appendectomy they refused to let him leave....I sent them $8,800 via EFT to get him released....FUCK WETBACKS
