Is America Doomed to Become a Failed European-Style Welfare State?

Republicans keep minimum wage low to maximize dependency on government support. Republicans also blow the budget & inflation claiming they are "Starving the Beast". They are actively trying to create a failed state as fast as possible so they can say see I told ya so.

So how does maximizing dependency on gov't handouts benefit the Repubs? Does it get them votes? You make no sense.

Most European nations are not failures.

some European nations have better fiscal policies than others....the same thing happens in the U.S......take Texas vs. California...

However the EU is swimming in debt......just like the U.S........ain't socialism grand....?
