I did not deflect anything. You wanted to run and hide under a but Hillary bullshit excuse to ignore the actual facts. You know he is guilty, I have presented facts that show this is not even remotely related to Hillary and you persist in trying hide from those facts by pointing to something irrelevant to the case.

You could actually address the facts presented but I doubt you are remotely capable of it.
The actual facts are but Hillary. Whataboutism is whataboutism for a reason.

Present one. A fact. If you can recognize what that is.
Fact is if Trump had 30,000 emails that were mysteriously deleted and devices which were purposely destroyed, all against a subpoena, he would have been indicted for that.

LOL

Solid proof right there that you actually, truly, have no clue whatsoever what the word fact means.

You cant even point one out.

One of the 31 counts under the Espionage Act with which Donald J. Trump is being indicted involves his possession of a document concerning the nuclear capabilities of a foreign country.
Apparently Democrats don't know the president can declassify documents.

????????????? I just did.
Your confusion is the point. You did not and you do not know you failed to point to a fact because you do not know what a fact is. You think the fantasies in your head, the things you imagine based on nothing, represent fact.

It would be funny if it were not so fucking pathetic.

The Presidential Records Act, which everyone who has an opinion about this should read, says that a former President may take his personal property home with him, but any documents in his possession are government property and must be turned over the custody of the Archivist upon leaving office.

Once the records are in the custody of the Archivist, the former president may be granted access to some records upon request for purposes of building a presidential library or for help aiding in the writing of a memoir, etc.

This Top Secret document had to be forcibly taken from Donald Trump. He hid it, along with several boxes of government property, including 30 other classified documents, from the government.

I would like to know who believes a Top Secret document which could cause grave harm to our national security bleevs this is Donald Trump's personal property.

.

Trump just gave an interview to Bret Baier which will seal his fate. He confessed like an idiot.

He just gifted the prosecutor, bigly, and has given his lawyers heartburn.

Under the PRA, the official records of the President and his staff are owned by the United States, not by the President.

  • The Archivist is required to take custody of these records when the President leaves office, and to maintain them in a Federal depository.

Yeah he's was going to sell it to the Russians 😂. June 19 was the wonderful anniversary of the execution of the Rosenbergs.

  • The Archivist is required to take LEGAL custody of these records when the President leaves office, and to maintain them in a Federal depository.
That is legal custody, not physical, quote the government's webisite, dont just google your opinion
