My issue with Roe has always been that it is terrible SC law, with no basis in the constitution. to me it's up to the States to figure it out. So if Alabama wants to ban abortions let them at it.

Me personally, I'm Ok with a 20 week limit on elective abortions and no limits on therapeutic ones.
