if what you claim is true, she did not do this in a vacuum... it was a strategic government decision to do such for the best interest of the USA at the time...

the Secretary of Defense, the generals in the Military, the National Security advisor, the President, the Head of the CIA, and other heads all made and advised on doing such a thing.

That is not treason, not even close... maybe a mistake, but nothing illegal that I could identify?
