You are just making stuff up or guessing. Seeking legal asylum is an international legal procedure that rhe US is obligated by treaty to follow and adhere to. Sorry, but it obvious you have no knowledge of these international laws.Lets send them, back, because you declared them ineligible.Even Trump is being forced to admit his "Invasion" is actually a legal migration of refugees seeking asylum and legal status in the USA.From Huff Post:
TRUMP: MIGRANTS WILL GO INTO ‘TENT CITIES’ President Donald Trump said he planned to put people from the migrant caravan who apply for asylum into new “tent cities” that would be “all over the place.” Speaking to Fox News, he said: “We’re catching; we’re not releasing. If they apply for asylum, we’re going to hold them until such time as their trial takes place
Except they are not applicable for asylum. Therefore it is an invasion.
I didn't, our laws did. You can't claim asylum if you already escaped the country you claim was oppressing you. Asylum is to provide safety, and they accomplished that the minute they crossed into Mexico. Furthermore the Mexican authorities offered asylum to everybody in the caravan, and most of them refused.
Asylum is not a playing card. You can't pass on asylum from other places to enter the US and have us grant it.
Yep, that's me, always making stuff up:
6. Firm resettlement
If, prior to the applicant's arrival in the U.S., he or she entered into another nation with or, while in that nation, received an offer of permanent resident status, citizenship, or some other type of permanent resettlement, that person will be considered to have "firmly resettled." Subject to certain exceptions, individuals who may safely settle in another country will normally not qualify for asylum.
