Here are some tips for you to be excellent moderators....


First off - THIS is a "Liberal."

This is a "conservative."

Yoar job is to make them play nice!


Here goes:

1 Don't ban the entire site. (even if they are SCREAMING OUT to be banned)

2 NEVER post a picture of yourself standing right in front of your house. Don't ask...

3 Reward "good" behavior by sending a naughty email WITH pics.

4 Invite members who follow instructions on a paid vacation to Vancouver island.

5 No drunk moderating!

6 Use a cat avatar to lighten the mood.

7 When a member sends you twenty emails just because you pointed something out to them trying to be helpful, make sure that you follow up the next week to check on their boo-boo-hurt-feelings.

8 Go easy on popular members who have similar opinions to YOU ALMIGHTY.

9 Log in to make sure that the site has not been hijacked by disgruntled ex-member at LEAST once a week.

10 NEVER DATE MEmBERS! They are intellectually inferior AND unattractive - DESPITE what their avatar may lead you to think!

Now - go forth and clean the cages!!!
