My daughter cooks most of her meals in a instant pot and it's damn good.

I haven't bought one yet....I do love my air-fryer though.

I'm just learning the air fryer myself ..but I do love it.

They make a combo electric pressure cooker air fryer now.

For me best instant pot hack is frozen chuck roast pot roast ... Taters, onion and carrots and a frozen chuck roast for 85 minute and you'll never know you forgot to thaw it.

Speaking of roasts.....

ALDI sells a small roast (both beef and pork) package with all the basic trimmings like taters, onions, carrots, celery. It's damn good for around $8.00.....It's sort of their version of the Costco chicken. It's been around the same price for years.

I use the beef one as a base to make a big pot of vegetable soup.
