Crime isn’t going down, reports are going down because the cops are sitting on the sidelines rather than taking the chance of being sued or disciplined for actually doing their jobs. This is what I predicted when the defund the police movement started. Cops will only do what they have to and what won’t get them into trouble. See a robbery happening- just keep on driving. Get a silent alarm from a bank- slow roll to the scene so the criminals are long gone when you arrive.
