"Obama I believe is a global redistributionist. Most Democrats think he’s a domestic redistributionist, and he is. But he also wants to redistribute wealth away from America and to the rest of the world.

"Now... – what does this mean for the little guy – well, remember that the little guy in America is rich by world standards. If you made a global division of wealth, the guy at the bottom in America would be in the top quintile, the top fifth of affluent people in the world. So if you’re a global redistributionist, you recognize, or you believe that even the poor guy in America has got to pay because if we’re going to have global redistribution, wealth has to be transferred even away from the American poor toward even poorer people in other countries.

"And so.. what we’re going to see under progressive rule is the impoverishment of America across the board. And as for the guy a the bottom, he’s going to discover that there are floors below the ground floor in America – there’s a basement that he hasn’t yet experienced and that will not be present to live in."

I so completely agree with this guy and have from the beginning.

Obama seeks to destroy America. And it disturbs me that there are loons who agree with him..who even on this board are like "Obama doesn't have to answer to Congress" and "Obama can't break a law" because what that means is that Obama doesn't have to abide by term limits, either.

"I would agree that the redistribution of power is not due to Obama’s incompetence, or his lack of knowledge of where the Crimea is, or the fact that he doesn’t know that the Taliban mean business. He knows all that. He wants American power to shrink so that the power of China, India, Brazil, and Russia can rise. The latest exchange of the American soldier for the Taliban guys, with Obama, you know grinning and giggling, while people who have been shooting at Americans chat on the phone is just a small window into this man’s psyche. We’ve elected him to protect, preserve, and defend the interests of the United States, but the best that can be said is that he interprets those completely differently than most Americans."

And this:

"I think that what I’ve found striking is the highly selective view of history that is routinely taught, not only in the colleges, but also in the schools. This is a view that trolls through American history, isolates a half-dozen or so facts, pulls them all together, and then passes that off as a narrative of American shame. Most of our young people think that is history. What they don’t realize is that this is an account that jumps over whole decades, even centuries, and leaves out huge episodes of America, which is the Industrial Revolution, the spreading of the railroads, the great entrepreneurial and innovation history of America, the First and Second great spiritual awakenings, which transformed the country."

Well, if Obama is going to start this global redistribution, he better get busy! He has only a couple years left.

Mr. D'Souza is about to enter the Greybars Hotel as a result of his conviction on campaign fraud felonies. His discovery about the impoverishment of the middle class is belatedly obvious. Where has he been since 2007? We know where he is going anyway.

Who cares? He's right.

Incidentally...I didn't vote for him to be president.

And I wouldn't. See that's what you don't understand. I can like what the guy says, without giving him a blow job.

Why should he observe term limits? He doesn't observe the law in any other aspect of his leadership...

Yeah. Obama will announce he has elected himself to a third term and the American people will be so Alinskied by the end of 2016 that we will go right along with it.

Suuuuuuuuure...

Republicans claimed Clinton would usurp term limits. Democrats claimed Bush would try it. Take off your tin foil hat.

Wow a lot of people wear tin foil hats it sounds like.

Ever wonder..why?

The destruction has been the deliberate aim of the GOP corporatist class led by Reagan to George W. Bush.

Really sploogy? When was he sentenced?

.

He pled guilty and will be sentenced on September 23. Then off he goes.

OP- Absolute Pubcrappe, hater dupes. This has been going on since Reagan tax rates and policies were put in, and won't stop until Pubs stop obstructing EVERYTHING. Blocking everything but Fed aid to Wall St. only makes it worse...

1. WORKERS PRODUCE MORE BUT THE GAINS GO TO BUSINESS.

Over the past 63 years worker productivity has grown by 2.0% per year.

But after 1980, workers received a smaller share every year. Labor’s share of income (1992 = 100%):

1950 = 101%
1960 = 105%
1970 = 105%
1980 = 105% – Reagan
1990 = 100%
2000 = 96%
2007 = 92%

A 13% drop since 1980

2. THE TOP 10% GET A LARGER SHARE.

Share of National Income going to Top 10%:

1950 = 35%
1960 = 34%
1970 = 34%
1980 = 34% – Reagan
1990 = 40%
2000 = 47%
2007 = 50%

An increase of 16% since Reagan.

3. WORKERS COMPENSATED FOR THE LOSS OF INCOME BY SPENDING THEIR SAVINGS.

The savings Rose up to Reagan and fell during and after.

1950 = 6.0%
1960 = 7.0%
1970 = 8.5%
1980 = 10.0% – Reagan
1982 = 11.2% – Peak
1990 = 7.0%
2000 = 2.0%
2006 = -1.1% (Negative = withdrawing from savings)

A 12.3% drop after Reagan.

4. WORKERS ALSO BORROWED TO MAKE UP FOR THE LOSS.

Household Debt as percentage of GDP:

1965 = 46%
1970 = 45%
1980 = 50% – Reagan
1990 = 61%
2000 = 69%
2007 = 95%

A 45% increase after 1980.

5. SO THE GAP BETWEEN THE RICHEST AND THE POOREST HAS GROWN.

Gap Between the Share of Capital Income earned by the top 1%
and the bottom 80%:

1980 = 10%
2003 = 56%

A 5.6 times increase.

6. AND THE AMERICAN DREAM IS GONE.

The Probably of Moving Up from the Bottom 40% to the Top 40%:

1945 = 12%
1958 = 6%
1990 = 3%
2000 = 2%

A 10% Decrease.
