I felt the same way Pale during the last 4 years of Bush...I just found it hard to listen to the news and all of their spin and pretty much the same now...I have reduced listening to c-span and even that is becoming intolerable....
I don't even listen to Obama when he gives any of his addresses to us....I may read about it later, but i just can't listen live....
(I still will argue that he was born in Honolulu though)

Understandable. I am on a break right now, it's all parroting and nothing new lately, and no one has a solution, just finger pointing and blaming. In the mean time the government still tries to screw us over, rob us blind, and all people do is talk talk talk. Someday it will get better, someday our government will listen and care about us again, I have no idea when or even if I will ever see a good government here in my lifetime, but someday. Right now it's the same circus we have had since I can remember, and there are too many ringmasters and all want the same thing, your money.
I stick to posting just facts right now and try not to take sides, it makes it a bit easier. You could hang out in Mani's sandbox for a bit.

Been there for a long time P.R. Since right after Bush Jr. won his second term. There is not a news organization on the face of the planet that I trust anymore. There is not a politician on the planet that I trust either.
I'm disgusted by all of it.
But then, I can come here and bitch and moan about the media and politics and at least feel like someone's listening.
