Illegal faces deportation. Wife cries " But we haven't done anything wrong"

He "invaded" america at the behest and upon the lobbying efforts of your "job creator" class because you are a more expensive property.
Not a valid excuse. Case dismissed. Get on the bus, Hermano.

I think we all know there is a group of folk in america who cannot handle the truth of their own society.
It's not the truth that some can't handle.

It's the blatant lies and corruption that this group has had enough of in society.

Which group is that hon?

Um hmm. The issues your society faces are serious, and they are not from one group or another, they are your society's issues, thus no one group can save you from another.

TIT.

I will trust the authorities that they are removing the bad ones while finding a way to be flexible with the good.

Trump is a big softy liberal deep down. Conservatives got about 1/2 of what they think they got.

so president trump lied again? And it was not the ''bad hombres'' that he was going to deport, the rapists, drug dealers, gang members?
Starting with the bad hombres first then the undocumented border jumpers. They're going too.
It's all those with an existing deportation order. They committed a crime at some time in the past. They were ordered deported. They have been hanging on for years. Their clock ran out. It's time to go.
only true national socialists fulfilling their pledge, say that. just pander, that is all. we have a supreme law of the land, not merely, a superior, law of the land.

By not ensuring first degrees get it first, the general government in being unfaithful to our Commerce and our Second Amendment, at the same time.

That, perforce, makes it a State Matter.

My society?

I have had no part in the creation of the numerous degenerates and their own failures in their lives.

You are correct. It is serious.

I'm not putting anyone into groups. I see everyone as an individual and address them as individuals. That includes when they are in there cliques.

Now. Why is it "my society" and not "your" society?

I'm not in search of a group to identify with to save me from another group and their issues.

So tell me, hon! Who is this group in America who can't handle the truth.

Supreme law of the land sez jumping the border illegally is a felony.

then why is this man being deported FIRST, he's not in a gang, he's not a drug dealer, he's not a rapist or a felon?

And what about not breaking up families and him saying he has compassion for families?
He has an existing deportation order for something he did.
for crossing the border and turning himself in?
It is a civil matter not a criminal matter. Only the right wing, prefers pander pledges to first degree's, getting it first.

We don't know. He could be a drunk driver, shop lifter, identity thief. He came here illegally. He committed a crime and was ordered deported. Instead of going home he delayed his procedure or just hid out. He was caught and deported. He doesn't get a hearing. He just ran out of time. Good byem

Ask ICE why they picked him up. I bet Trump finds out about this "case" the same way ya'll did...
did his executive order not cover, "bad hombres", first?

Do you seriously believe that the President of the United States took time out of his day to specifically bust this one dude? Come off it, you're not that stupid, ya'll are just trying to twist the narrative. Again, ask ICE why they picked him up.
What we are wondering, is if the Executive order by President Trump on this for ICE cover what he promised was going to happen? Did the E/o or D/O (directive order) say they were to focus on deporting the dangerous felons and gang members and drug dealers first, and not focus on family break ups first? Did the president back up in the order, what he told we the people during the campaign and ICE just went rogue on this one?

Can you show me where A) the EO says that /only/ criminal illegals could be deported, or B) where the ERO was forbidden from doing their job?
dear, is there any reason, anyone, should take the right wing seriously, about economics or the law?

It should be simple enough, to be about simple, dollars and cents.

First degrees simply cost society more than "workers"; why "waste" limited resources but for recourse, to the "coercive use of force of the State" to execute "national policies"?

We have a Second Amendment; why does the Commander in Chief of Any State in our Union, have a security problem?

I'm an independent. My political leanings are clearly noted in my sig. Not that my response had anything to do with political affiliation.

That said, please show me where in the President's EO or in ICE's policy there is anything at all mentioned about money.

I know that's the "Fake Facts" the Left is running with these days, but...

YOU LIE.

If they entered the country illegally, they've committed a CRIME
Improper Entry Is a Crime

To be clear, the most common crime associated with illegal immigration is likely improper entry. Under federal criminal law, it is misdemeanor for an alien (i.e., a non-citizen) to:

  • Enter or attempt to enter the United States at any time or place other than designated by immigration officers;
  • Elude examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
  • Attempt to enter or obtain entry to the United States by willfully concealing, falsifying, or misrepresenting material facts.
The punishment under this federal law is no more than six months of incarceration and up to $250 in civil penalties for each illegal entry. These acts of improper entry -- including the mythic "border jumping" -- are criminal acts associated with illegally immigrating to the United States.

Like all other criminal charges in the United States, improper entry must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in order to convict.

If someone is charged with an improper entry they are entitled to a hearing. These deportees aren't getting a hearing. That's because they are already under a deportation orderm

Aliens are not entitled to free legal representation as U.S. citizens are.

What is your legal justification for letting any illegal stay.?? Would you accept it if trump exempted millions of people from obeying our drunk driving laws?? THINK

That's an interesting chart but Ican't really believe it. Obama proved he was a pathological liar and i doubt if he deported more than a few thousand during his 8 years.

There is some extensive arguments that Obama was counting folks who were turned away at the border as "deportations" however extensive studies were not done in the pre Obama era so it's rough to validate numbers. This is a decent layout with numbers and such Deportation Numbers Unwrapped
