The SCOTUS previously held that the President has and needs absolute immunity from civil liability for his official actions made within the “outer perimeter” of official Presidential duties.

All Trump is seeking is that the SCOTUS extend that immunity to criminal prosecutions for the same reasons, upon the same rationale and to the same extent as the immunity from civil liability.

Even a dipshit like you could understand all of this if you bothered to read and if you had any ability to then comprehend what you read.
