If gun control is good, why is gun crime highest in the places with the strictest gun laws?

It's a lack of respect for human life behind the senseless murders that we see in Chicago and many other Dem-controlled cities. I am willing to bet that the majority of thugs doing the killing are not NRA members and most don't buy guns legally.

Gun Control is all about PEOPLE control. The men who founded this nation were smart enough to know that.

IIRC, Venezuela is a place with VERY strict gun control....North Korea as well

300 million guns in the hands 100 million Americans believe it or not is a very good deterrent to governmental tyranny...I don't care WHAT advanced weapons the government may have.

It would only take a VERY small percentage of those 100 million guns in the hands of the people to terminate just one government troop each and there would quickly be no government force left.
