Death was inevitable for this child, although I think that his parents should have been allowed to take him away if they could do so. The UK has many other children who need care and who have a chance, and the resources to do so can be stretched only so far.

It's awful that somebody would try to use this child's unfortunate situation to generate religious prejudice. It's indecent.

I hope that there will be a similar outpouring of sympathy for the thousands of children of varying physical conditions who are homeless refugees.

Politics has everything to do with it because politics has become all commercial adventure and the people be damn. I just looked back into what I posted in 2010 about vaccines and some of those same people are now saying that vaccines are the law. in 2010 it was optional. I don't know how blind people have to be to not be able to see what is going down. Humans have become nothing more than disposable tools for a little profit for a few that believe it is their right to dictate life or death.
