We don't give a darn ether way. We don't think it's wrong to expect somebody to earn their pay rather then sit on their butts and still collect it.

Btw, if you have 3 grown men supervising 20 kids to clean up the school grounds I figure that's just as good as hiring 3 grown men that have to clean up after those kids. The kids learn responsibility and the grown men earn leadership experience. It also teaches everyone how to work together.
