I have three questions pertaining to the $450 million dollar judgment against Trump.

LMAO, that's why the population of CA has decreased for the first time in its history. Try again.
HA, ha, ha...rural counties. Not the major centers of cities with the ginned up FOX News type sensation about crime etc

Wake up you stupid monkey

"What counties in California are declining in population?"

"The largest percentage declines in population occurred in the state's rural counties, led by significant drops in Lassen, Plumas, Glenn, Del Norte, Lake, El Dorado and Sierra." - Dec 21, 2023

"California's population dipped by about 75,000 from 2022 to 2023, estimates released Tuesday by the Census Bureau shows, with about 38,965,000 million people in the state this year. The state's population has fallen since its 2019 peak of 39.5 million, though the annual loss has also slowed each year." Dec 2023

"Why is the population declining in California?"
"There were some silver linings: The drop was significantly smaller than in the previous two years, when the state lost nearly 400,000 people from a confluence of the Covid-19 pandemic causing deaths and spurring moves; diminished immigration; and people moving to lower-cost states in pursuit of cheaper housing." - Dec 19, 2023

The people in California are leaving. Homeless drug addicts are moving in. California actually lost a congressional seat.

The population that the major counties and large cities are losing are the workers and business owners. There are invaders crawling up the coast moving in. We have the mentally ill and drug addicted homeless that are growing their numbers day by day.

Rural counties lost population when the farms and orchards mechanized and there was no more work in the fields.

Question 1. Where was the proof that the State of New York suffered any monetary damages from the alleged fraud as required in a civil fraud suit?
Question 2. If the banks were defrauded by Trump's valuations, how did they MAKE MONEY from the transactions?
Question 3. Why did the judge decide to nearly DOUBLE the $250 Million dollar civil fraud suit filed by Letitia James on behalf of New York?
1) Was the former fuckup paying real estate taxes based on his value of the properties. Clearly, he wasn't so the State of NY suffered a loss of revenue.

2) The banks were defrauded by getting less interest on the wildly inflated values he claimed on other properties to get the better terms.

3) Letitia James asked for 370million based on the fraud.

Wherever you are getting your data, it's wrong.

quotes:
In a ruling last week following a months-long trial, Engoron found Trump and his top executives had intentionally engaged in a massive and long-running scheme to improperly inflate his assets in financial statements so he could take advantage of favorable loan and insurances rates he wasn't actually entitled to. The judge ordered him to pay what he found were the "ill-gotten gains" from his years-long fraud and also barred Trump “from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in New York for a period of three years,” including his namesake company.

Trump maintained he hadn't done anything wrong and the case was a part of a giant Democratic conspiracy designed to take him down.

Engoron cited the lack of remorse from Trump and his executives in his ruling, saying their “complete lack of contrition and remorse borders on pathological."

"They are accused only of inflating asset values to make more money. The documents prove this over and over again. This is a venial sin, not a mortal sin," Engoron wrote. "Defendants did not commit murder or arson. They did not rob a bank at gunpoint. Donald Trump is not Bernard Madoff. Yet, defendants are incapable of admitting the error of their ways.”

He found their "refusal to admit error — indeed, to continue it, according to the Independent Monitor — constrains this Court to conclude that they will engage in it going forward unless judicially restrained.”
