I was a little worried, never having made that soup....but, boy.....did it turn out great!

It looks delightful. I love Butternut Squash Soup and the addition of turmeric was quite clever. It's one of my favorite flavors. Hope you had a lovely holiday. Cheers!

Looks awesome. My parents, my sisters, and I do a similar type of fusion Thanksgiving. We don't really do turkey anymore, but instead we usually do tri-tip with a mix of traditional Thanksgiving side dishes as well as Korean side dishes lol.
