I think it's good you hold to your convictions, what ever they might be. I will be voting for Trump, but as you said, I don't have to like him for him to get my vote.

My reasoning? I know Hillary has been corrupt in office as well as exercising poor judgements. Being an Anti Establishment voter, I am looking to send a message to all political leaders that the status quo and congressional deadlock is not acceptable. Look beyond the party and think about the citizens that put you in office.

I see Trump as a leader for foreign and domestic change. I do believe he will bring manufacturing back to the US and our partnership with allies will be stronger. And most importantly for this country is that we have a SCOTUS of Strict Constructionists rather than Political activists who would move the country far to the left.

Would I like to have a beer with Trump. Nah...just do something for this country, Donald.

Elections especially at the national level are always a matter of the lesser of two weevils.

In the present case in 2016 we need to decide between plutocratic fascism versus aristocratic socialism. Trump has been plutocratic all his life. Trump Towers is his masterpiece.

Clintons are nouveau riche to the tune of $12 million via the Clinton Foundation.

Most people will go for more socialism, I suspect.

But if the Senate remains in control of the GOP then nothing will change much, there will just be more talk again and no action.
